Guru Pournima in Primary section 2022-23
Our school celebrated 'Guru Pournima' on 13th July 2022.The function began with lighting of the lamp. The students of Grade five enthusiastically participated in ' Solo Singing Competition' organised on the auspicious occasion of Guru Pournima. The celebration had a graceful presence of the honourable Chairperson and Administrator of our school Mrs. Meera Korde, Principal Mrs. Anita Pinto, Coordinator Mrs.Meenakshi Bangera and teachers. The students of Grade five sang soulful songs to offer gratitude to their gurus. They gave coconut and betel leaf to their teachers as a token of their love and respect for their teachers. Our dignitaries delivered inspirational speeches describing the significance of Guru and metamorphosis of teacher- student relationship over the years. Saraswati Vidyalaya has kept the Guru-Shishya parampara alive year after year.The function was filled with excitement and joy.
