Ek Shaam Sarasvi Ke Naam 2023

It is rightly said that Music is the universal language of mankind. Music binds our soul, heart and emotions. To bring out the talent of the teachers, a Solo Singing Competition Ek Shaam Sarasvi Ke Naam was organized in the premises of Saraswati Vidyalaya and Junior College, on Saturday 9th September. This competition has been organized in the school for the past 17 years. The programme was judged under the able guidance of Mr. Nachiket Desai and Mrs.Meghna BhaveDesai, who are both well-known in the Music industry.

The participants enthralled the audience with their melodious voices. The first prize was bagged by Ms Aditi Marathe from Nalanda High School. The 2nd prize went to Mrs. Sayali Bagkar from Vasant Vihar School. Mrs Sheela Badavate from Sri Ma Balniketan won the 3rd prize. The 1st Consolation prize was bagged by Mrs Bhamini Ingle from Saraswati Vidyalaya Ghodbunder Road, and Mrs. Amruta Yogi from Vasant Vihar School won the 2nd Consolation prize.The Chairperson and Administrator of the school, Mrs.M.S.Korde, and the Principal, Mrs Anita Pinto, awarded the trophies to the winners. The participants thanked the dignitaries for giving them such a wonderful platform to showcase their talent. The programme was a grand success.
