On Saturday, 5th July, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., Saraswati Vidyalaya School, Rabodi hosted the highly successful Varsha Marathon, a vibrant event organized by the school’s dedicated Physical Education team. Approximately 200 enthusiastic participants, including students from 8th to 12th, took part in this spirited race, which began from Saraswati Vidyalaya School to Saket Fire Station and then returned back to the school premises, creating a spectacle of energy and determination.
The school left no stone unturned. The school ensured a seamless and safe experience by implementing meticulous safety measures. A clearly marked course guided the runners, while ample drinking water stations and on-site medical assistance provided essential support. The participants fueled their determination to complete the race, transforming the event into more than just a competition—it became a celebration of perseverance and community spirit. For the students, the marathon was more than a race; it was a testament to perseverance and community spirit, leaving an enduring impact. While some celebrated personal victories, others took pride in completing the challenging course. At the finish line, triumphant runners were greeted with rhythmic drumbeats and heartfelt praise from dignitaries.
Principal Mrs. Poonam Bhogle, along with the Coordinators Mrs. Rakhi Khanna and Mr. Kapil Kulkarni and Admin Head Mr. Vinayak Shinde, warmly congratulated the winners from the Std. 8th, 9th, 10th and 12th, applauding their remarkable achievements.
The Varsha Marathon 2025 was not just a race but a celebration of unity, resilience, and the indomitable spirit of Sarasvis. The program concluded with an impactful vote of thanks and took plenty of photographs.
