Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane conducted a Teachers Self-Care workshop on 1st April 2026.
In today’s demanding academic environment, teachers often give their best while silently carrying stress and exhaustion. Recognizing the need to prioritise teacher wellbeing, Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane organised a *Teacher Self-Care Workshop* on *1st April 2026* at 11 a.m. The session was conducted by *Mrs. Neena Manchanda*, an experienced Teacher Wellbeing Coach.
The workshop began with the reassuring message that “every teacher deserves a reset.” Mrs. Manchanda highlighted how passionate educators often experience burnout and shared simple, practical ways to refresh energy levels during a typical school day. Through relatable examples and interactive discussions, teachers explored techniques that can be easily applied in real classroom situations.
Participants discovered effective strategies to move from exhaustion to clarity and gain calm control over their routines. The session served as a gentle reminder that self-care is not a luxury but a necessity for those who shape young minds every day.
The workshop was well-received and left teachers feeling motivated, supported, and better equipped to balance their professional and personal wellbeing.
