Awareness Today, Wellness Always

The Rotary Club of Thane conducted a Seminar on Adolescence Awareness and Health Education under the banner “Awareness Today, Wellness Always.”,at Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane, venue - School Auditorium on 16th September, 2025.

The esteemed guests for the session were:

• Dr. Sneha Phadnis (M.D. Gynaecology) – Facilitator for the seminar

It was an insightful and well-planned session addressing the physical, emotional, and social concerns of adolescence. Dr. Sneha Phadnis created a safe and open environment, encouraging students to speak freely about their questions and clear their doubts.

The seminar proved to be highly impactful, equipping students with valuable knowledge about health and well-being. Overall, it was truly a much-needed awareness program that left the students more confident, informed, and empowered to embrace adolescence positively.
