With this spirit, S.V.P.T’s Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi ushered in a new era of student leadership during the Junior School Council Investiture Ceremony 2025-26 held on 27th June 2025. The ceremony was a blend of pride, poise, and purpose — a formal declaration of the new student council's responsibility, and a moment to reflect on the values that bind the school together. The ceremony began with a dignified welcome to our esteemed guests – Chairperson and CEO Madam Korde, along with school administrator, principal, coordinators, proud parents, and dedicated teachers. The air buzzed with excitement and pride as the school band welcomed everyone with the soulful rendition of the school song, evoking unity and school spirit.

A warm welcome was extended by junior Sarasvi, setting a gracious tone for the event. Dignitaries were introduced and appreciated for their unwavering support in shaping future-ready students. The criteria for selecting the council members were shared, focusing on merit, leadership skills, and a spirit of service.

A touching highlight of the event was the farewell speech by the outgoing captain, filled with reflection and gratitude. It was a powerful moment of transition, celebrated with loud applause as the newly elected council members stepped into their roles.

With pride and poise, the new student leaders took the Oath of Office, administered by our Principal, pledging to lead with honesty, fairness, and dedication. Badges of honor were pinned on each council member, symbolizing the trust and responsibility bestowed upon them.

The incoming captain’s speech was nothing short of inspiring – a bold vision filled with enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a promise to lead with courage and care. The audience responded with heartfelt applause and high hopes.

The announcement of council in-charge teachers and house masters reminded everyone of the mentors who will walk alongside these young leaders. A special felicitation of the council members' parents recognized their constant support and encouragement.

The event celebrated student achievements through the announcement of ‘Excellentia Awards’ and the prestigious ‘General Proficiency Badge’ honors – acknowledging talent, discipline, and excellence in various fields.

The formation of the School Councillium and Ad-Hoc Committee was announced, aimed at encouraging student participation in school-wide decisions and initiatives – a step towards true collaborative leadership.

The Principal shared her insights on the essence of leadership, teamwork, and the importance of staying grounded while aiming high. Her words left a lasting impression on the young leaders and the entire gathering.

The ceremony ended with a heartfelt vote of thanks and the stirring National Anthem, filling the hall with pride and unity. It was more than a ceremony – it was a celebration of growth, courage, and the promise of a brighter future.
