Annual Sports Day Report – Primary Section

The much-awaited Annual Sports Day of Saraswati Vidyalaya Primary section was celebrated with immense enthusiasm on 28th November 2025 with great enthusiasm and school spirit. The event opened with a grand opening with immense enthusiasm attended by the dignitaries, teachers, parents, and excited students.

A vibrant march-past by students into their respective houses marched proudly, reflecting discipline, teamwork, and pride. The school band added energy to the parade with their lively music. The Chief Guest of the day Mr. Preet Surve inaugurated the event by releasing colourful balloons and the mascot—a cheerful Honey Bee, symbolizing strength, hard work, and determination.

The students participated in a variety of athletic events, showcasing their talent, confidence, and sportsmanship. One of the major highlights was the display by the Pre-primary and Primary students. Their synchronized movements with props such as bats, rings, spears, and lezim captivated the audience and demonstrated excellent coordination.

The excitement continued into the prize distribution ceremony, for champions who were honoured with medals and trophies. Chairperson and CEO Madam Korde and Principal Mrs. Poonam Bhogle addressed the gathering, emphasizing the vital role of sports in developing discipline, teamwork, and resilience among young learners.

The day concluded with the closing ceremony & National Anthem, leaving everyone filled with pride and joy. The event was a grand success—an inspiring celebration of unity, effort, and sporting spirit.
