Inter-House Quiz Competition – A Celebration of Knowledge and Team Spirit

Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane, organised an Inter-House Quiz Competition on Monday, 20th July 2026, at Mayur Manch in the school premises.

The event was conducted by the students of Std IX and showcased their excellent planning and coordination. The quiz was expertly anchored by the Quiz Masters Mr. Nixon D'Souza and Mrs. Kalpana Prabhu who presented a series of thought-provoking and challenging questions that tested the participants' knowledge, presence of mind and teamwork.

The competition featured four teams each comprising two participants, representing the four school houses—Ganga, Yamuna, Kaveri and Godavari. All the teams participated with great enthusiasm and displayed remarkable confidence and sportsmanship throughout the competition.

After an exciting and closely contested quiz, Kaveri House emerged as the Winner while Godavari House secured the Runner-up position.

The event concluded with words of appreciation from the Principal Mrs. Poonam Bhogle who congratulated the participants and commended the students of Std IX for their dedicated efforts in successfully organising the competition. The Inter-House Quiz Competition was a grand success and inspired students to develop a spirit of healthy competition and a love for learning.
