At Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane, academics go hand in hand with sports and co-curricular
activities. Our students have once again brought immense pride to the school by showcasing their
talent, discipline, and determination at the Inter School Sports Competition (DSO) held in
September 2025.
Swimming Achievements:
In the U14 Girls’ category, Shubhra Jadhav (7th Std.) showcased a remarkable performance by
winning:
Gold Medal – 100m Freestyle
Silver Medal – 50m Breaststroke
Silver Medal – 100m Breaststroke
In the U17 Girls’ category,Shreya Muktare (9th Std.) clinched the Gold Medal in 100m
Backstroke.
Rifle Shooting:
Shlok Khedekar (7th Std.) brought laurels to the school by winning a Bronze Medal in the U14
Boys’ Rifle Shooting Competition.
Taekwondo :
Spurti Bhabhal (9th Std.) displayed outstanding skills and secured the Gold Medal at the District
Level Taekwondo Competition (U17) organised by the Thane Sports Authority and the Thane
Municipal Corporation.
Wushu Achievements :
The spirit of determination and hard work was also evident in our Wushu competitors. These talented
athletes demonstrated exceptional skill, perseverance, and sportsmanship, earning medals and
inspiring their peers.
