Grade III Assembly Programme

Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, Guru Devo Maheshwara, Guru sakshat parabrahma, tasmai Shree guruve namah.

Assembly Programme of Grade III was organized at Saraswati Vidyalaya Rabodi Thane School on 29th July 2026 to celebrate Guru Purnima. The purpose of the Assembly Programme was to express gratitude towards teachers and gurus who guide us on the right path.

The programme began with the *lighting of the lamp* by Principal Mrs. Poonam Ma'am along with the Co-ordinators, Admin Head and teachers. This symbolized the removal of ignorance and spreading the light of knowledge.

The ceremony continued with the felicitation of all revered gurus. Students presented coconut and greeting cards to all the section teachers as a token of love and respect.

The cultural segment included a soulful *group singing* of song dedicated to gurus, a vibrant *group dance* showcasing the bond between guru and shishya, and a meaningful *skit* based on the story of Eklavya and Dronacharya. The performances highlighted the importance of discipline, respect, and learning.

Principal Mrs. Poonam Ma'am addressed the gathering and spoke about the role of a guru in a student's life. She encouraged students to imbibe good values.

The assembly programme concluded with a *vote of thanks* by the students of class III. The Guru Purnima Assembly was a memorable event that highlighted the invaluable role of teachers in shaping students future.
