IF I HAD A TIME MACHINE

Good afternoon respected teachers and my dear friends. Myself Parineeti Yogesh Chitte. Today I am going to speak on the topic, “If I Had A Time Machine.”

If, I had a time machine, the first thing I would do is shout… “Yeah!! Let’s go!”

A time machine can take you to the past or the future. Imagine going back in time to see dinosaurs, I want to see how huge they really were! But from far, far away….. preferably behind a wall. A thick one.

Next, I would go to meet some great people from history, like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Rani Laxmibai, Swami Vivekanand, Mother Teresa, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam and Chanakya. I would love to ask them questions and learn from them.

I would also visit the day, I was born. I would look at the baby me and think, “wow, I was tiny and loud!”

Then I would travel to the future. Maybe I could fly in cars, talk to robots, people wear clothes that change colour or even live on Mars! I would explore new world, see what Earth becomes and may be bring back cool stuff like future snacks and gadgets. Don’t worry, I would share.

But a time machine isn’t just for fun. I would use it to make things right, help people and learn lessons. Forgot to study for a test -go back and prepare. Said something hurtful-go back, apologize and fix it.

In the end I think the best part of having time machine wouldn’t be the past or the future, it would be understanding how precious right now is. The past teaches us, the future inspires us, but today is where we live. So, until I get my time machine, I’ll make the most of today!
