"Designing Democracy with Colors "

On January 08 2026, the students of STD VII of SVPT's SARASWATI VIDYALAYA HIGH SCHOOL AND JR. COLLEGE THANE (W) actively participated in a Rangoli Making Activity organized by Government Election Awareness Drive to create awareness about election and voting. The students prepared colorful and creative rangolis conveying strong messages such as “Every Vote Counts”, “Vote for a Better Future”, and “Be a Responsible Voter.”

Through this activity, the students learned the importance of voting in a democratic country like India and understood their role as the future responsible citizens. The event encouraged creativity, teamwork, and social awareness among the students. The activity was successfully conducted and appreciated by dignitaries the Principal Mrs. Poonam Bhogle,the Coordinators, teachers and the students alike.
