43rd Annual Day Celebration

“Celebrating the Present, Cherishing the Timeless Values of the Yugas”

Saraswati Vidyalaya, Rabodi, Thane celebrated its 43rd Annual Day with great enthusiasm and splendour. The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest Mr. Prathamesh Parab,a renowned actor who is famous for his role in a hit Marathi film 'Timepass'. The programme was also attended by esteemed dignitaries, parents, teachers, and well-wishers, making the occasion truly special.

The celebration commenced with a welcome speech and highlighted the institution’s achievements over the past year. A proud moment of the evening was the felicitation of dedicated staff members. Service Excellence Awards were presented to teachers and staff in recognition of their commitment and contribution to the school. This year, the school has also introduced the Best Teacher Award, adding a new dimension to appreciate the excellence in education. The certificate and prize distribution ceremony the students were acknowledged for their academic and co-curricular achievements.

The cultural programme was based on the inspiring theme “Yugantar”, depicting the journey through the four Yugas of Indian tradition. Satya Yuga,Treta Yuga,Dvapara Yuga and Kali Yuga.Students captivated the audience with a rich blend of dance, drama, and music.

The students impressed everyone with their expressive performances, graceful dances, colourful costumes, and confident acting. Witnessing the overwhelming performances, many parents came forward to share their thoughts and expressed heartfelt appreciation for the programme, applauding the tremendous efforts taken by the school and teachers. Each presentation conveyed a meaningful message and earned a loud applause from the audience.

The theme beautifully highlighted that while ages change, eternal values such as truth, courage, and righteousness remain constant. The celebration concluded on a high note, leaving everyone inspired and proud of the students’ talents and the school’s dedication to holistic education.
